Help Run Our Club

At our AGM in March 2020, all committee positions will be declared vacant. Probus Club rules limit the time that committee members may stay in a position. So we need YOU to contribute actively to the running of Newport Probus Club.

It is VERY important that as many members as possible take on roles in club management. This allows the club to

* spread knowledge about the way the club runs

* get new ideas into the club's management

* obtain fresh approaches to existing policies and procedures

* open up more channels between members and committee

* spread the administrative workload more widely. (This means no-one gets overloaded.)

So please think about how you might like to contribute and NOMINATE for a committeee position in 2020/21. Nomination forms will be emailed shortly and are available from our Secretary Rob Charlton (rob.charlton@optusnet.com.au)
