Sadly our member and friend Richard Denton passed away on Wed 10th Nov after a battle with illness.
Family and friends including Newport Probus Club members attended Richard’s funeral service on Friday 19th of November 2021 in the Palm Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium. There were few spare seats in the chapel as Richard was farewelled. Richard's son Stephen remembered Richard fondly as the only man whose eyebrows would enter a room before he did. Many club members remember Richard as a keenly intelligent, extremely polite gentleman.
